Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 250 g all-purpose flour

  • 125 g cold butter, cut into pieces

  • 100 g sugar

  • 1 egg

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the cream filling:

  • 500 ml milk

  • 100 g sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 50 g all-purpose flour

  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
