Pineapple Mojito (Thermomix Recipe)

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 100 g (about ½ cup) white rum

  • 130 g (about ½ cup) pineapple juice

  • 4 slices of pineapple, cut into cubes

  • 16 mint leaves

  • 50 g (about 3 tbsp) lime juice

  • 50 g (about 2½ tbsp) liquid cane sugar (or simple syrup)
