Pineapple Mojito (Thermomix Recipe)

Preparation:

1. In each glass, place 4 mint leaves and a few cubes of pineapple (reserve some pineapple for decoration).

2. In the Thermomix bowl, add the rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and liquid cane sugar.

3. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 6.

4. Pour into the prepared glasses.

5. Decorate with the reserved pineapple and mint leaves.
