Ready in 20 minutes and butter-free! Just pour orange juice into the dough — these little cookies will disappear in no time

Ingredients:

  • 300–310 g (about 2½ cups) of type 1 flour (you can substitute with all-purpose flour if needed)

  • 85 g (about ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) of sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 40 ml (about 2½ tbsp) of freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 60 ml (about ¼ cup) of vegetable oil

  • ½ packet of baking powder for cookies (about 1 teaspoon)

  • Grated zest of one orange
