INGREDIENTS:
🍰 250g butter
🍰 250g Blue Key cake flour
🍰 180g caster sugar
🍰 5 Grade B eggs (or 4 Grade A eggs)
🍰 ½ cup fresh milk
🍰 A little vanilla essence
METHOD:

Beat the butter and sugar together until the mixture turns white and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly.

Then beat on high speed until light and well-risen.

Gradually add the flour in batches, alternating with fresh milk. Mix slowly.
