Bandit’s Meat – Super Quick and Incredibly Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzels (or chicken/turkey cutlets)

  • 1 onion

  • Oil for frying

  • 1 pack bacon bits (approx. 75–100 g, lean)

  • 1 pack mushrooms (approx. 250–500 g, thinly sliced)

  • 2 pickles (or more, cut into strips)

  • 2 bell peppers (cut into strips)

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 250 ml broth

  • 1 tub of sour cream or crème fraîche (approx. 200 g)

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • Tabasco or hot pepper sauce (to taste)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Hot paprika powder

  • Optional: cheese (for gratinating)
