Pork Cutlets with Cabbage and Creamy Garlic–Carrot Sauce

Ingredients

For the cutlets:

  • Ground pork – 500 g

  • Eggs – 2

  • Cabbage – ½ of a small head

  • Onion – 1

  • Semolina – 2 tbsp

  • Seasonings (salt, black pepper, parsley) – to taste

  • Oil for frying – ~3 tbsp

For the sauce:

  • Carrot – 1 large

  • Garlic – 2 cloves

  • All-purpose flour – 1 tbsp

  • Milk – 250 ml

  • Butter – 30 g

  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, dill) – to taste
