Healthy Apple-Cinnamon Tiramisu – Fruity, Creamy & Refreshing

This apple-cinnamon tiramisu is a light and healthy alternative to the classic dessert. With fresh apples, a creamy quark-yogurt layer, and a delicate cinnamon touch, it’s a fruity delight for any occasion — perfect as a dessert or a summery treat.

Ingredients (for about 6 servings)

  • 4 apples (tart variety, e.g., Boskop)

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 250 g low-fat quark

  • 200 g low-fat yogurt (1.5%)

  • 200 g low-fat cream cheese or Skyr

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 200 g ladyfingers

  • 100 ml apple juice (fresh or unsweetened)

  • Lemon juice (to drizzle over apples)

  • Cinnamon and apple slices for garnish
