Oatmeal-Yogurt Flatbread – Better Than Pizza! Fluffy, healthy, and super quick to make — a treat for any time of day!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g rolled oats

  • 500 g low-fat quark (or Greek yogurt as a substitute)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 packet baking powder

  • 2 level teaspoons salt

  • Optional: 1 small carrot, finely grated or 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: 5 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g., sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
