Oatmeal, Apple & Carrot Bake – No Sugar, No Flour!  I don’t eat any sugar at all – and I don’t miss it!

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats: 2 cups (200 g)

  • Milk of your choice: 1 cup (240 ml)

  • Baking soda: 1 teaspoon

  • Carrot: 1, grated

  • Dried apricots: 9, rinsed in warm water

  • Apple: 1, diced

  • Raisins: 4 tablespoons, rinsed in warm water

  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

  • Eggs: 3

  • Stevia or sweetener of choice: 4 tablespoons

  • Vanilla extract: 2 tablespoons (to taste)

  • Bowl size: 18 cm baking dish
