Pure Delight – Plum Rolls with Fruity Filling

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 125 ml lukewarm milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 20 g fresh yeast (½ cube)

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Extra flour for dusting

  • Baking paper

For the filling:

  • 350 g plums (or damsons)

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 30 g chopped almonds

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
