Recipe for Soft Lemon Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 g (½ cup) sugar

  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) sunflower oil

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 50 ml (3 tbsp) lemon juice

  • 380 g (3 cups) wheat flour

  • 12 g (2½ tsp) baking powder
