Cocoa Crumble Cake with Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Flour: 300 g

  • Baking powder: 1 tsp

  • Sugar: 200 g

  • Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp

  • Egg: 1

  • Butter: 200 g

For the cottage cheese filling:

  • Cottage cheese: 500 g (you can use 350 g if you prefer a thinner layer)

  • Sugar: 100 g

  • Eggs: 4 (or 3 if you want less fluffiness)

  • Starch: 50 g

  • Vanilla sugar: 1 tsp

  • Sour cream: 170 g
