I have a great pork ribs recipe that I found from a famous chef in Montreal. It’s so flavorful and aromatic that I even included it in my holiday menu. I recommend making a double batch right away – it’s absolutely perfect!
Here’s how I make it:
Sauce:
Take a bowl and mix:
-
100 grams of applesauce (even baby food works!)
-
100 grams of ketchup
-
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
-
3–4 tablespoons of soy sauce
-
Juice of half a lemon
Spices:
Then add:
-
½ teaspoon dried garlic
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
-
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Cinnamon gives the dish a festive aroma and a unique flavor, but if you’re not a fan, you can skip it.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
