Apple Cinnamon Nut Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 large apples

  • Lemon juice

  • 180 g (¾ cup) butter, softened

  • 180 g (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 180 g (1 ½ cups) flour

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • ½ packet (approx. 8 g or 2 tsp) baking powder

  • 80 g (⅔ cup) walnuts, hazelnuts, or almonds – chopped or ground

  • Powdered sugar

  • Optional: butter and flour for greasing the pan
