Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
