What You Need :
1 loaf French bread
1 lb ground beef (or leftover sliced steak!)
1 onion (chopped)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups shredded provolone cheese (or whatever cheese you have on hand)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Optional add-ins: Sliced mushrooms
