Stuffed Pork Rolls with Pickles and Cheese, Baked in Sauce

Ingredients

For the rolls:

  • 500 g pork (loin or cutlets)
  • 3–4 pickles (fermented/cured cucumbers)
  • 120–150 g hard cheese
  • Salt, black pepper
  • Paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil

For the sauce:

  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml cream or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml broth or water
  • Salt, pepper
