Baked French Dip Biscuits

Ingredients:

16 oz refrigerated biscuits
1 lb sliced deli roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp creamy horseradish sauce
2 tbsp butter, melted (optional for brushing)
1 tsp dried parsley (optional garnish)
1 packet au jus mix (for dipping, optional)
