3-Layer Lemonade Cake

🧺 Ingredients

🍰 For the Lemonade Cake Layers

  • 1 cup (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk, room temperature
  • ½ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🍋 For the Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 5–6 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • ¼ cup lemonade concentrate (or fresh lemon juice for sharper flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
