- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
For the cream filling:
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the jam layer:
- ½ cup raspberry jam (or any jam of your choice)
For the garnish:
- Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
