1 French baguette, cut into thick slices
1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
1/2 cup lump crab meat (optional but highly recommended!)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for kick)
