1) Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
2. Add warm water and oil. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover and rise 1 hour until doubled.
4. Punch down, shape, and use for pizza.
2) Bread Dough
Ingredients:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup warm water
• 2¼ tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add water and oil, knead 10 minutes.
3. Let rise 1–1.5 hours.
4. Shape into loaf, bake at 190°C / 375°F for 30 minutes.
3) Pie Dough
Ingredients:
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cold butter (cubed)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 6 tbsp cold water
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt and sugar.
2. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
3. Add cold water slowly until dough forms.
4. Chill 30 minutes before rolling.
