Ingredients
For the Nests (Base):

2 large potatoes (instead of 5, to reduce carbs)

2 cups cauliflower florets, steamed

2 tbsp olive oil or light butter

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (for creaminess & protein)

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Filling:

1 lb (450 g) lean ground turkey or extra-lean beef (90–95%)

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp no-salt tomato paste
