Quick Pistachio Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients (Cake):

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup finely ground pistachios

Ingredients (Cream Filling & Topping):

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Chopped pistachios for topping
