Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8-inch pans.

Mix wet ingredients: Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, butter, and sugar until smooth.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and ground pistachios.

Bake 22–28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Make cream: Whip heavy cream separately; beat cream cheese + sugar + vanilla, then fold in whipped cream.

Assemble: Spread cream between cake layers, cover top, and add chopped pistachios.

Chill 30 minutes before slicing.
