No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky, your choice!)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (for melting chocolate)
  • Optional add-ins: ¼ cup mini marshmallows, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, or ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins for extra texture
