6-Minute Cheesecake with Pudding

Instructions:

  1. First, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

  2. In a separate bowl, add all the remaining ingredients, including the egg yolks, and mix until smooth.

  3. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture.

  4. Pour the quark mixture into a greased baking pan that’s been dusted with breadcrumbs.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 to 60 minutesdo not open the oven door during baking.

  6. Once done, let the cake cool completely inside the oven.

  7. Only remove the cake from the pan once it is fully cooled.
