You’ll Never Buy It Again! Homemade Ricotta with Just 2 Ingredients

Ingredients (for approx. 500 g of ricotta):

  • 2 liters whole fresh milk

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt, to taste

Tools Needed:

  • 1 large pot

  • 1 wooden spoon

  • 1 fine mesh strainer

  • 1 cheesecloth or lightweight kitchen towel

  • 1 ricotta mold (or small colander)
