Pour 200–250 ml of filtered or mineral water into a glass. The water should be warm, around 30–35°C (86–95°F), never hot, to keep digestion comfortable. Squeeze the juice of half a fresh lemon, about 10–15 ml, directly into the water and stir gently.
No need to overdo the lemon—the goal is wellness, not acidity. If your stomach is sensitive, start with a few sips or use only a quarter of a lemon (5–7 ml) for the first few days, then adjust according to your comfort.
