Whoa! This keeps my family full for a long time – Hamburger Soup that always turns out perfect!

Instructions:

  1. Prep the veggies: Peel the onion, carrots, and potatoes. Wash the celery. Dice everything into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and celery and sauté for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

  2. Cook the meat: Add the ground beef and brown it well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.

Pour in the broth and bring the soup to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

  3. Add the vegetables: Stir in the frozen vegetables and let the soup simmer for another 14–15 minutes on medium heat until the veggies are tender.

    Perfect with freshly baked baguette!

Our tip: We love using a veggie mix with green beans and carrots in our hamburger soup. But you can also add peas, bell pepper, or even corn.
