White Chocolate Brownie Pizza

Instructions

Heat your oven to 350°F. Grab a 12-inch pizza pan and either grease it well or line with parchment for easy removal later.

In a big bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar until it looks glossy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Pour in the vanilla and give it another good stir.

Whisk flour and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to your wet mixture. Stir just until combined – don’t overmix!

Fold in the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s with a spatula. The batter will be thick and colorful.

Spread the batter evenly in your pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the edges turn golden and a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

Let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle extra M&M’s on top, slice into wedges like a pizza, and enjoy!

Notes

  1. This brownie pizza tastes even better the next day when the flavors have had time to meld.
  2. For a fun birthday variation, add some colorful sprinkles to the batter and top with candles before serving.
  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
