Method:

Mix the base:
Combine the Cremora powder and boiling water, stirring well until smooth. Place in the fridge and let it cool completely. -
Make the filling:
Slowly beat in the condensed milk, then add the lemon juice while mixing. Beat until the mixture becomes thick. -
Assemble the tart:
Crush some Tennis biscuits, mix with a bit of melted butter, and press into a dish to form a base. Pour the Cremora mixture over the crust. -
Top it off:
Sprinkle with broken Tennis biscuits and grated Aero chocolate.
Drizzle with caramel sauce if you like a bit of sweetness to balance the tart lemon flavor. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
