We don’t buy bread anymore!

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yeast with honey and lukewarm water. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, olive oil, activated yeast, and seeds.

  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until elastic.

  4. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

  5. Shape into a round loaf, sprinkle with seeds, and let rise another 30 minutes.

  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and bake for 40 minutes. (Place a bowl of water on the lowest oven rack for steam.)

  7. Let cool on a wire rack – and it’s ready!
