Tomato Garlic Salad

  1. Prep the Tomatoes
    Wash and dry thoroughly. Cut into 1-inch chunks and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make the Dressing
    In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise. Press garlic directly into the mixture and stir until smooth.
  3. Add Herbs
    Stir in chopped dill until evenly distributed.
  4. Combine
    Pour the creamy garlic dressing over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix Gently
    Use a large spoon to fold everything together carefully—don’t crush the tomatoes!
  6. Chill and Serve
    Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve cold for maximum refreshment.
