  1. Shred the crab sticks into thin strands. I use a fork, but you can also do it by hand β€” whichever is easier for you. Place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. Grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater and add them to the bowl.

  3. Grate the processed cheese (I used “Druzhba”). To make it easier to grate, pop it in the freezer for a short time beforehand. You can substitute it with any cheese you like.

  4. Add the Korean-style carrots to the bowl, then add the mayonnaise.

  5. Mix everything well. Taste and add salt if needed β€” and that’s it!

You get a juicy, flavorful, and very easy salad. Give it a try!
