These Are Always a Hit! Apple Fritters Whipped Up in Just 3 Minutes

Preparation:

This amount makes about 9 fritters – enough for 2–3 people.

First, beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
Then mix in the flour combined with baking powder, pudding powder, salt, lemon juice, and quark.

Finally, coarsely grate the apple (with skin on) and stir it into the batter.

Heat clarified butter in a non-stick pan, then slightly reduce the heat.
For each fritter, place a heaping tablespoon of batter into the pan and fry until golden.

Let the finished apple fritters drain briefly on a paper towel, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Serve warm with fruit purée or pudding.
