The World’s Quickest Apple Cookies – I Bake Them Twice a Week!

Preparation:

 

 

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

  2. Add the butter and mix well.

  3. Combine flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the bowl using a spoon.

  4. Slice the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into thin slices.

  5. Fold the apple slices into the dough.

  6. Optionally, add chopped almonds, hazelnuts, or raisins.

  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking tray.

  8. Depending on the size of the cookies, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20–25 minutes.

  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or a cinnamon-sugar mix, if desired.
