The cake was gone by day two at my house at six.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries.
  2. Make the whipped cream: Beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: Beat softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Assemble the cake: Layer graham crackers, cream mixture, and strawberries in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve: Garnish with additional strawberries and enjoy!
