Instructions:
- Prepare the sauce: Combine barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
- Assemble in slow cooker: Place frozen meatballs in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour prepared sauce over meatballs. Add pineapple chunks.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Serve directly from slow cooker.
