Tall and Fluffy Pancakes: the perfect sweet break

Preparation:

  1. Mix the two egg yolks with the milk and one teaspoon of sugar.

  2. Sift and add the flour and baking powder.

  3. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, together with the two tablespoons of sugar.

  4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.

  5. Cook the pancakes in a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
