How to Make It

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and olive oil. Pour over chicken and marinate 30 minutes (longer if you can).

Cook your way:
• Bake: 375°F for 30 minutes with pineapple and marinade in the dish.
• Grill: 6–8 minutes per side, basting with marinade. Grill pineapple too!
• Slow Cooker: Low 4–5 hours with everything added in.

Spoon extra sauce over the top, sprinkle cilantro, and serve.
Tips

Add extra lime if it feels too sweet

A dash of sriracha is amazing here

Serve over rice to soak up all that sauce
