Instructions:

Wash the zucchini and hollow them out, setting aside the pulp.
 - 
Blanch the zucchini in boiling water for 15–20 minutes.
 - 
Meanwhile, sauté the zucchini pulp in a pan with chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
 - 
Once sautéed, blend the pulp in a mixer until finely chopped.
 - 
Add the egg, breadcrumbs, grated Grana cheese, and 3/4 of the ham (chopped) to the zucchini mixture, and mix until smooth.
 - 
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
 - 
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the zucchini on it.
 - 
Fill the zucchini with the prepared mixture, then top with the remaining ham and mozzarella cubes.
 - 
Drizzle a little olive oil over the stuffed zucchini.
 - 
Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 15 minutes.
