- Prepare the strawberries Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into halves or quarters for better flavor release.
- Muddle the base In a large pitcher, gently mash half of the strawberries with mint leaves and lemon juice. This helps release natural oils and juices.
- Add liquids Pour in cold water (or sparkling water). Stir well so the flavors start blending.
- Sweeten lightly Add honey or your preferred sweetener if needed. Mix until fully dissolved.
- Add remaining fruit Toss in the rest of the strawberry slices for texture and visual beauty.
- Chill Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so the flavors infuse properly.
