Sticky Honey Garlic Sausage Pasta Skillet

Instructions:

1. Cook the Sausage:
• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
• Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
2. Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce:
• In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
3. Cook the Pasta:
• In the same skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream.
• Stir in pasta, bring to a boil, and let simmer until al dente (10–12 minutes).
4. Thicken the Sauce:
• Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet.
• Stir in the cornstarch slurry and let simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Combine Everything:
• Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and toss with the pasta.
• Cook for 1–2 minutes, allowing the sauce to fully coat the pasta and sausage.
