Spinach Artichoke Crescent Roll Bake

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  3. Arrange dough: Unroll crescent roll dough into a greased baking dish, pressing seams to form a single sheet.

  4. Spread mixture evenly over the dough.

  5. Top layer: Place another sheet of crescent roll dough over the filling.

  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle a little Parmesan or seasoning if desired.

  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

  8. Cool slightly, then slice into squares or rolls. Serve warm.
