Preparation
- Preheat a 350° F oven and prepare a 9×13 tray with softened cream cheese.
- In a small bowl mix together crackers, breadcrumb, and melted butter. Set aside. Note – Season with salt & pepper. (optional)
- In a bowl, mix together the pineapple, pimentos, sugar, and flour. Pour the mix in the cream cheesed tray.
- Sprinkle cheese over the pineapple and top with prepared breadcrumb.
- Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the cracker topping is a golden brown. Enjoy!
