Southern Pineapple Cheese A new school version of the old school!

Preparation

  1. Preheat a 350° F oven and prepare a 9×13 tray with softened cream cheese.
  2. In a small bowl mix together crackers, breadcrumb, and melted butter. Set aside. Note – Season with salt & pepper. (optional)
  3. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple, pimentos, sugar, and flour. Pour the mix in the cream cheesed tray.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the pineapple and top with prepared breadcrumb.
  5. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the cracker topping is a golden brown. Enjoy!
