Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Beef Tortellini
1. Brown the Beef
In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Build the Sauce
In the slow cooker, whisk together Alfredo sauce, cream soup, beef broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Combine
Add the cooked beef to the slow cooker. Stir well.
4. Add Tortellini
Pour in the frozen cheese tortellini and gently mix to coat them in the sauce.
5. Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1½–2 hours, until tortellini are tender.
6. Make It Creamy
Stir in mozzarella (and cheddar if using). Cover for 5–10 minutes until melted into the sauce.
