Instructions
1. Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
2. Add chopped onion and ranch seasoning on top.
3. Pour in cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
6. About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
7. Once beef is cooked, shred it in the slow cooker and stir.
8. Serve beef tips over egg noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, add garlic or mushrooms to the slow cooker.
