Simply Heavenly – Shrimp Spaghetti in a Creamy Garlic-Cream Cheese Sauce! 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the sauce:
    Pour the cream into a pot, bring to a boil once, then reduce over low heat until it has thickened by half.
    Stir in the butter and Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Keep warm.

  2. Cook the pasta:
    Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions.

  3. Prepare the shrimp:
    While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add enough olive oil to just cover the bottom.
    Add thinly sliced garlic and sauté until it just starts to turn golden.
    Add the shrimp and sauté for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  4. Combine everything:
    Remove the shrimp and garlic from the pan, pour off the oil, and return both to the pan.
    Add the creamy sauce, then toss in the drained (still slightly wet) spaghetti. Mix everything well and adjust seasoning if needed.
